Increase Datetime Precision in Call Log Responses

Description
For the calling APIs, all of the datetime properties do not include millisecond precision. This makes it difficult to properly sort legs (or events) of a call in the order they actually took place as often legs of a call can happen within milliseconds of the other.

Error?
No error. Just a request to add millisecond precision to datetime properties.

I second this! I am using the call logs / call log details endpoints to analyze the whole path of the call, and it is difficult, if not impossible, to reliably sort all these logs, especially when transfers are involved. We need milliseconds of precision.
