Invalid Redirect with salesloft app

*Ticket TS2254105 for reference. When adding Salesloft dialer on Zoom apps, Once I authorize for all users I get an invalid redirect page.

I was told by Zoom support that I have to post this in here to get resolved. Thank you*

How To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior including:
Advanced>App Marketplace>Search Salesloft>Select Salesloft Dialer> Click add for others

1. Authentication method or app type
2. Any errors

Under the app install, the Salesloft developers have a support link you can reach out to. Please reach out to them because we do not provide 3rd party app support.

I have already reached out to Salesloft and they advised me that this is an issue with Zoom not them.

Tried to add screenshots to this post, but the forum gives me an error that I can’t embed media to a post. So then I hosted my screenshots and I get an error that I cannot add links to a post.

Why is this a thing? Seems very counter-productive. Not sure what I’m supposed to do now. This is ridiculous. We’ve been without this feature for a month now and I just keep getting the run around from everyone.

I also wanted to note a developer support plan is required for support; if you open a ticket and it gets auto-closed, it’s because you don’t have a developer support plan.
