Marketplace: Installed Apps

Description
I have installed apps listed on https://marketplace.zoom.us/user/dashboard/installed-apps that I, as an admin, have not pre-approved. If I try to install those apps as a non-admin user I have to request pre-approval. Why is this? How can I delete/uninstall these apps?

Apps listed on https://marketplace.zoom.us/user/dashboard/installed-apps that have not been pre-approved.

Which App?
For example the Spark app.

How To Reproduce (If applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Marketplace -> Manage -> Apps on account \ Installed apps
  2. View apps installed
  3. Compare with apps in Pre-Approved Apps list.
  4. Some are missing and is only listed in Installed apps

Thanks that doesn’t help. I can disable subscriptions for users which I guess should be an admin initiated “uninstall”. The user can still use the app though. What happens when I disable subscription for a user? Refreshing Oauth access tokens is disabled?

Perhaps the apps were installed by users before you enabled the pre approval setting.

Unfortunately you cannot uninstall an app for a user, but if you email developersupport@zoom.us with which app you want uninstalled for which user, we will be happy to help.
