Migrate from Custom SAML App to Prebuilt SAML App (Okta)

When we first enable SAML with Okta and Zoom, there was no pre-built Okta Application, we had to create a custom app. We want to take advantage of the de-provisioning features of the Prebuilt application. Is there a documented process from moving from custom to prebuilt? Has anyone else done this before?
