Multiple joins for the same attendee on a single webinar, but only one Zoom Attendee record in Salesforce

Description
Joining and leaving a webinar multiple times does not create multiple Zoom Attendance records for the webinar participant.

I don’t know how or where to report bugs with the Salesforce package, but this seems to be one. Does anyone have a workaround, or advice on how this is supposed to work?

Error?
As a Salesforce admin, look up attendance report and expect to see 3 Zoom Attendance records, but see only one entry for the final join.

How To Reproduce

  • Have a webinar
  • Start the webinar as a webinar host
  • As a webinar participant, join the webinar
  • As the same webinar participant, leave the webinar
  • As the same webinar participant, join the webinar again, and leave again
  • As the same webinar participant, join the webinar one more time
  • As a Zoom admin, look up attendance report and see 3 attendance records for the webinar participant
