No response when click on the authorization button.

No error message is displayed.
It didn’t respond when I clicked on it.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install App
  2. Access the authentication page for the app and Zoom.
  3. Click on the authorization button.
  4. No response.

Hi @shota,

Can you make sure you’re signed in when you install the app? Have you tried from an incognito mode browser?

Let me know if it’s possible to share a screenshot of what you see, or if you see any browser console errors.


This was occurring because the pre-approval had not been completed.

This issue has been resolved.
