Not receiving `recording.transcript_completed` webhook

I have added the required scopes and selected the correct event types and reauthenticated the test zoom account. Unfortunately I am still not receiving this event.

Is there something I’m missing?

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

This is currently a known bug in our API, and our Engineers are working diligently to fix it. I will update this thread as soon as the issue is fixed.

Currently there is no way to download a private transcript.
