Occasionally when launched, Zoom App is unresponsive

Hello, I’m in the process of rolling out a Zoom App to my organization.

Occasionally, some users (myself included) have experienced the app being unresponsive when launching. There’s a textfield and button that a user can interact with, and users are unable interact with the app. The button cannot be clicked and the text field cannot be interacted with.

This happens even after refreshing the app. I’m unable to investigate since I can’t even launch Developer Tools to investigate what’s going on under the hood. Attached is a video of the unresponsive experience.

Here, I’ve attached a photo of what it looks like when the app IS responsive. Note here, the button has a hover state and the mouse icon turns into a finger.

Is this a behavior issue with my Zoom App or is it something on the Zoom side?
