Poor quality of audio and video through Zoom SDK web

Hi,

We have integrated zoom web SDK with our application. We have bought license for zoom pro account. We are facing very bad problems during zoom calls w.r.t. the quality of the call. Following are the main issues…
Lags in audio/video
Mechanical voice
Voice echoing

Below is our config details…
zoom web sdk version 1.9.1
CDN version is used (https://jssdk.zoomus.cn/zoom-meeting-1.9.1.min.js)
For scheduling meeting zoom api v2 used (https://api.zoom.us/v2)

Kindly look into it and suggest the right fix for it.

Hey @techartium,

Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. First, please test if you see this same behavior when using the Sample Web App. You can also use that app as a reference when building with the Web SDK.

It’s possible that there are other processes running on the client that intefere with the performance of the SDK.

If that doesn’t help, Please send an email to developersupport@zoom.us with a link to this thread. In that email, please provide a meeting ID where you saw this issue.

I’ll use that to investigate further.
