Private Messages not working in Web Client SDK

Description
The host of a Zoom meeting cannot receive private messages if they’re sent from the web client SDK

Error
No private messages get to the host. No error message.

Which version?
Web Client SDK 1.8.3

To Reproduce(If applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Have the host join the meeting using the Windows Zoom App
  2. Have a guest user using the web sdk send a private message to the host

Additional context
Messages to Everyone works for all users.

Thank you for reaching out. Please make sure that the Private Chat setting is enabled on your settings page.
