QA endpoint returns empty array

Description
I am using QA Endpoint to take QA from a webinar, but something is not ok. The endpoint returns an empty array even though I had a lot of questions in my webinar instance. Perhaps something was not saved after the webinar ended.

Hi,

  • Has the webinar ended? This endpoint only works if the webinar is in the past.
  • Are you able to see the questions in a report that you download from https://us02web.zoom.us/account/report/webinar
  • Did you delete the questions in the webinar, or did you just move them to the ‘Answered’ or ‘Dismissed’ column?

The questions were in the Answered section.
I am able to see the questions in the generated csv report.

Thank you for the update. Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite the resolution of this bug. Currently, our engineering team plans to release the fix as part of our February update.
