Hello,
I understand that it is possible to record raw audio from meeting with Meeting Sdk, but I could not find any thing that would work for calls in Contact Center, which is different than “meeting”. Is it even possible to get audio in real time from Contact Center’s calls for purpose such as real time guidance? If so, please point me to the docs/api
Thanks a lot
Hi Minh,
Can you share more about the use case? Is this related to the Zoom Apps SDK, or the Zoom Contact Center Flow/IVR ?
Justin
Hello Justin,
My use case is to do real time speech analytic on the calls, possibly every calls within the account/corp, therefore we need to be able to get the audio in real time and feed it to our analytic engine
As far as I can see, there is no Sdk that can do it, so i wonder if is there a native way to get real time raw audio with Contact Center
Note that, for “meeting”, it is possible to do so by using a bot to participate to the meeting and then get raw audio from there with Meeting SDK
Hi @justin.steinberg ,
Can you please confirm if it is possible to archive what i described in previous post?
Thanks
Hi @mtri84 there is not a generally available way to stream the audio for Zoom Contact Center calls. I will DM you to learn more about your use case and see if we have any options that will work for you.
@justin.steinberg Hi Justin,
Getting real-time audio and/or transcription data is also really important to our use case as well. Happy to share with you over DMs too!
