Hello,
By using Meeting SDK, it is possible to access both raw audio and video data in real time for meetings given having correct creds and meeting number. However, calls in Zoom Contact Centre do not have meeting number, at least from the webhook message. My question : is it even possible to get real time raw audio for Contact Center’s calls and/or Zoom phone’s calls? If yes, can you point me to correct docs?
