What is the correct feature or capability to use in ZCC to obtain a realtime audio stream

Per the topic, what is the correct feature or capability to use in ZCC to obtain a realtime audio stream.

We want to use the realtime stream, and corresponding metadata, to feed to our realtime AI applications and also retain for storage for post call analytics and recording retention.

It should be a system to system integration rather than requiring the user to have to do anything.

We looked at Smart Embed which seems to be user facing/require user interaction, and RTMS which seems not to apply to ZCC.

So looking for some pointers please !

Hi @richard, I believe there isn’t a generally available “realtime raw audio stream” capability for Zoom Contact Center calls today, though it may be on the roadmap. In previous threads Zoom staff has explicitly said there’s not a generally available way to stream the audio for Zoom Contact Center calls).

I’ll defer to the Zoom team in case this has changed, but as far as I’m aware, this is not possible at the moment.
