Hello everyone, 3 years ago, I made a recording of an important meeting on my macbook via the zoom desktop app. Just now, I wanted to look over it again but couldn’t convert the video. When I try to convert the recording inside of the zoom app I get an error that states: “The files to be converted cannot be found” and I cannot find the file in my computer local file.
Is somebody able to help me or had similar problems (@elisa.zoom)?
