When we set the name via api for registered participants, it always override the name in their account or app, which is exactly what we want. However, when they join via web, it still prompts them for a name. Is there a url scheme or parameter that we can use to bypass that?
It’s frustrating for the user to input a name only to not have it show up anyways.

To clarify, when you have registered users join via Web, are you still using the unique registrant URL for them to join? Or are you using the standard join_url?

I’m using using their unique url but replacing the /j/ with the /wc/ for those who opt for web browser version to avoid the app page first.
