The reportMeetingParticipants API endpoint (Zoom Meeting API) sometimes, erroneously, returns no participants. We automatically retry 6 times at 1 hour intervals when this happens. For approximately 2% of our meetings we still receive no participants at the end of these 6 retries even though there were people in the meeting. If the meeting host logs into Zoom and checks they can see the participants but the API still returns no participants.
