Role permissions for Integromat integration

Hello,
I have issues to install the Integromat app from Marketspace. It requests some permissions “Zoom Phone - Phone Management”. To my account i gave absolutelly fully permissions and still it requests those and i cannot pass this to be able to install the app and use the integration. Can you help me how can i do that?
