SAML response tracking for sub-account dissasociation to main account new user

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The issue that we are aware of is since we have scripted backup of cloud recordings of existing users within a date range, once a user is moved from a sub-account to the main account, their cloud recordings are not backed up outside of Zoom unless we run the process again. Since our account spans 2018 til now this becomes complicated to process the entire range again.

Describe the solution you’d like
Report and/or email digest to admins to track users moved from a sub-account to the main account and vice-versa from SAML response mapping options on login.

Describe alternatives you’ve considered
Complete month by month (2018 - now) python API scripting to evaluate new cloud recordings in the entire account life range and download and backup any new items.
