The created/published account is missing from the owner role account

Hi,
So we have a published app: App Marketplace
But when we want to add the webinar to the scope and activate the webhook using the account with owner role, the app is not on the created list:

Could anyone help me with this?

Can you please send us an email at developersupport@zoom.us, confirming the app’s Client ID and your account ID? This will help us to take a closer look.
