Can we get variables (or can use trigger variables) back in the webhook of the update meeting scheduler hit. While creating a meeting we want to start passing a key “company_id”. Will it be possible to get the same parameter back in the update meeting webhook call as well the same company id parameter

Are you referring to the meeting.updated webhook event?
The only fields that you will get back in that event, are the ones that are listed in the Docs
