Unable to add new nor access or edit existing server-to-server apps

Description
We have a couple of created apps that are in the “Activated” status that we seem to no longer be able to access to edit. Both have a “No access” and “Unable to view the app. Contact administrator for access.” tooltip. However, I was the creator of the app and am an admin as well.

With a permalink that we have (/develop/apps//information) we’re able to view the apps but the banner at the top says “View-only app. You don’t have the permission to edit.”

We’re also unable to add a new server-to-server app, the option seems to be grayed out.

How To Reproduce

  1. Navigate to App Marketplace
  2. Develop > Build app > Server to Server OAuth App is grayed out > Cancel
  3. Created apps show “No access” and can’t click into them
  4. Navigate to one of the apps using a permalink with the app id at /develop/apps/<app-id>/information
  5. Banner at top shows “View-only app” and can’t edit anything

I’m experiencing the same issue. I’m an account admin, I created the app, and I confirmed that we haven’t made any recent changes to role permissions.

I’ve seen a few other posts describing this same problem, starting about a week ago…

Hi @Daniel22 and @hampton-automation
Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Zoom Developer Forum, I am happy to help here
Can you please confirm if you have made any changes to your account?

Could you please reach out to the account owner and ask them to head to the Admin Tab > User Management > Roles > Admin > Advanced Features and enable you with Server to Server Oauth app view and edit permissions

Hi @elisa.zoom

Confirmed that the setting was off (unchecked); updated the setting and now we have access again.

Thanks for your help!
