Unable to respond to App Review Notes - UI not responding (App ID: fZWYNWYJRFqYt9wqUI79Uw)

Description

I’m developing an OAuth app “Shikumi Yoyaku” (Client ID: C8V_lGZQkOLCeojal_LQ) and received a review note titled “Application Testing” with the comment:

“We get 500 type errors, along with others, when we click to add Zoom.”

Problem 1: Cannot Respond to Review Notes via UI

When I click on the review note item in the “Resolve App Review Notes” section of the Marketplace dashboard, nothing happens - no dialog, modal, or text field opens. I’ve tried:

  • Single click, double click, right click
  • Different browsers (Chrome, Firefox)
  • Waiting for page to fully load
  • Refreshing the page multiple times

Problem 2: OAuth Flow Works Correctly in Production

I’ve thoroughly tested the OAuth flow in our production environment and it works correctly:

  • Authorization URL redirects properly to Zoom
  • Token exchange succeeds (verified with test account ben.user1@zoomappsec.us)
  • User info retrieval works
  • Tokens are securely stored (AES-256-GCM encrypted)
  • Zoom meetings are created successfully via API

OAuth Callback URL: https://yoyaku.shikumill.com/api/oauth/zoom/callback

How To Reproduce

  1. App Type: General OAuth App (User-managed)
  2. Authentication: OAuth 2.0 Authorization Code Flow
  3. Steps:
    • Go to Marketplace Dashboard > Manage > My Apps > Shikumi Yoyaku
    • Click on “Resolve App Review Notes (1)”
    • Click on “Application Testing” item
    • Nothing happens - no response dialog appears

Questions

  1. How can I respond to the review note if clicking on it doesn’t work? Is there an alternative method?
  2. Is there a known issue with the Marketplace dashboard UI for responding to review notes?
  3. Can you provide more details about when/where the 500 errors occurred during your testing? This would help me investigate further.

Additional Context

  • I previously submitted a support ticket (TS2153464) about this same issue
  • The ticket was closed with a recommendation to use the Developer Forum
  • The app has been in review since the initial submission

Thank you for any guidance you can provide!

Hello,

This is the first time I’ve heard of an issue like this. I replicated your login and did not face a similar issue. Can you try a different browser or try clearing your browser cache?

Regards,
