Unauthorized error when trying to Zoom Contact Center using API

When trying to call List voice call logs using the Contact Center API using the Zoom_Admin@kalmate.net account, the error “http_status” : “UNAUTHORIZED” occurs.

How can I solve this issue?

Can you please confirm that the user that is trying to make those API calls have the right permissions

What permissions should be assigned to use the Zoom API properly? If possible, please provide me with a screenshot as well.

This issue was resolved after adding a user account in Contact Center Management to use the Contact Center API.
