We’re currently in the process of developing a connected app (OAuth App) for the Zoom Marketplace. Our goal is to enable Event subscription within the app, allowing us to receive real-time notifications from Zoom once a meeting transcript has been completed. To accomplish this, it’s crucial to select the “Recording Transcript files have completed” option within the recordings section when configuring the event.
However, we’ve encountered an issue where the Recording tab is not visible in the Add Events section (see screenshot attached below). Interestingly, it is available in apps that were created before the Zoom release for granular scopes.
Could you kindly assist us in understanding why this option is not visible in our app?
