We’re facing a strange issue. (Zoom Business Account)
A customer (with certain email) does not exist as per Zoom APIS.
- When we GET, we receive “no such user exists”
- When we POST to custCreate, we receive “This user already exists in the account” 1005
- Similarly, When we search the user on Zoom portal, we find the user in search result. When we open it by clicking, we see, User not exist. (PFA screenshots)
The User account has gone into some kind of transient state.
Customers are affected.
