We’re facing a strange issue. (Zoom Business Account)
A customer (with certain email) does not exist as per Zoom APIS.
When we GET, we receive “no such user exists”
When we POST to custCreate, we receive “This user already exists in the account” 1005
Similarly, When we search the user on Zoom portal, we find the user in search result. When we open it by clicking, we see, User not exist. (PFA screenshots)
The User account has gone into some kind of transient state.
Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. First, make sure that you aren’t setting a login_type when using the Get a User API as this would prevent you from seeing any API users.
If that doesn’t help, please send an email to developersupport@zoom.us with a link to this thread. In that email, please include the email address of the user having issues.
