User does not exist?

when using the api to create a meeting from this error: {“code”:1001,“message”:“User does not exist: fad2@cratia.it.”}

the procedure is correct, because with another of our accounts (fad1@cratia.it) it works correctly. While both on
fad2@cratia.it
and fad3@cratia.it it
and fad4@cratia.it it
and fad5@cratia.it it
gives the indicated error

I also tried to replace the email with the account id but it still doesn’t find it. Can you tell me if I have to configure something myself or if there is a system update problem?

I would like to point out that the problem occurred after the migration from the old jwt authentication system to the new OAuth

Have you been able to troubleshoot this on your end?
Also can you confirm that the user that you are trying to create meetings for, is part of your same Zoom account
