User Registration Failure

Hi Team

In some of the meetings, some of our users are not able to join meetings and get the following error
“User does not exist”

Need urgent attention on this.

Are these users internal or external to your account?

If the users are internal, how were they created?

Were these users registered to attend the meeting and did you have confirmation of their registration?

These users were registered via the API and internal to our account.

Additionally, do you have any authentication settings for your meetings? Ie. requiring users be logged in? I am wondering if how they were created may have something to do with this:
