Users cannot hear any sound in some webinar meetings on 5.7.1 version

After joining a webinar, users cannot hear any sound, as if the video was muted. This happened on previous versions of android zoom sdk for some users, but on 5.7.1 version seems like it’s 100%.

Which Android Meeting SDK version?
Version 5.7.1 but also had some similar issues on previous versions

To Reproduce(If applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Join a webinar as an attendee for example
2. Observe that the video has no sound

Smartphone (please complete the following information):
Probably lots of android devices, we tested out on

• Samsung S9 Android 10
• Samsung S8 Android 10
• Google Pixel 3 Android 9

Sorry to hear you’re running into audio issues after updating to 5.7.1. Can you please confirm the following information so that we may better assist:

• The full SDK version number you are using
• Are you using the default UI or a custom meeting UI?
• Is this happening on every device you’ve tested, or only some of them?
