We are experiencing unexpected behavior in a meeting implemented using the Zoom Video SDK.
Meeting ID:pB6vrgFpR2mzLZbGgzQYTw==
The issues observed are:
Video issue: Participant video is rendered blank
Audio issue: Participants are unable to hear each other, even though microphones are enabled and audio permissions are correctly granted.
The issue occurs consistently during an active meeting.
Video SDK Version: 2.2.12
At the moment, there are no specific code errors.
The Video SDK is initialized and the meeting is successfully joined, but audio and video do not function as expected.
We would like to understand:
If there are known Video SDK limitations or configuration requirements that could cause simultaneous audio and video issues
If there is any known issue related to this meeting ID on Zoom’s side
After analyzing the session logs, we found that the audio and video data in this session appear to be normal.
Since we cannot access the actual media data and can only analyze sampled statistics, could you check whether an incorrect session ID was provided, or, if possible, share a recording with us?
After analyzing the logs and recording, we found that the customer’s microphone is actually working properly, and the remote user can hear the captured audio. However, there may be an issue with the audio speaker, or the speaker volume on Windows may be set very low or muted, causing the customer to hear nothing.
Regarding the video, we found that the camera is also functioning normally, but it is necessary to confirm whether the video-player element returned after calling stream.attachVideo has been correctly added to the video-player-container and whether its width and height have been properly set. By default, in this mode, the height of the video-player is 0, so the height needs to be explicitly specified.
From the screenshot, there are two identical customer name tags, but they actually correspond to the same video. Could there be an issue with the implementation of this layout?
