We have a webinar that we conduct via our app. The participants report constant disconnect/reconnect and it is annoying to them they have resorted to connecting directly. Unable to show our site/app features.

We were on 1.8.0 and upgraded to 1.8.1. We see 1.8.0 having audio issues and 1.8.1 better audio but more frequent connects and disconnects.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1, Start a webinar
2. Connect to the webinar via an app enabled via WEBSDK
Additional context
People stated that this happens irrespective of their bandwidth and also said if they joined via zoom URL directly (as opposed via the app enabled by the WEB SDK) it was working better. Webinar ID for your reference is …
All it says disconnecting followed by reconnecting. The users who complained are not that browser/tech savvy to ask them to show the browser console etc.
