Webinar - Limiting Each Participant to a Single Unique Session and/or Device ID?

In webinars, is it possible right now to limit each authenticated participant to a single session and/or device?

Additional context
Basically, would it be possible for Zoom Webinars to require participants to meet these requirements:

1. Authenticated
2. Provide a unique key (session auth token)
3. Information on deviceID (or something similar)

The auth token would work only for a single session ID.
If the participant wants to change devices, the previous/original session will be destroyed.

When using Webinar Registration, you can turn off the “Allow attendees to join from multiple device” setting.
