Webinar Registrants and Attendees not synced to Salesforce, via Zoom for Lightning Salesforce app

Zoom for Lightning Salesforce application is not working as described by various documentation.

For example, hundreds of Zoom Registrants and Zoom Participants for my recent webinar 89506038956 are missing from Salesforce.

869 registrations in Zoom, but only 768 in Salesforce
736 attendees in Zoom, but only 621 in Salesforce

Please let me know what other information might be helpful to troubleshoot.
