When joining a webinar that requires registration an error happens after clicking the “Join” button.

To Reproduce(If applicable)

  1. Start a Webinar with registration
  2. Join the Webinar with the Meeting SDK
  3. Click on “RegistratioN”
  4. Fill in name (email is auto filled)
  5. Click on “Join”

Thank you for posting in the Zoom Developer Forum. If you’ve encountered a 401 error when you tried to join to your webinar, it’s most likely due to Invalid/missing credentials:

As a test, can you either clear your browser cache or try to join the webinar from a private window ? This will help to rule out a possible cache issue.
