Let’s say I have 100 doctors, and each of them have their own patients, do I have to pay for 1 license for each?

These doctors are not my employees and they might use the webapp 2 times per weeks, etc. I wanted to use video SDK and that pricing model, but I really liked how the meetings SDK has a plug and play approach with the component view to embed that into my own web app.
