I have an Internal workflow that requires Looking up a record by ANI ( accomplished by Link to Launch on the Queue). But I need to get AI Summary automatically uploaded to that record. The CRM is Enrollment123, not one of the predefined integrations.
- How do I get the Summary to upload to the CRM after the call?
- If multiple matches are found, how do I communicated the updated location to ZCC to send the summary to?
