zCommand Call ListParticipants no longer working?

I am on the latest Zoom Room Mac os.

In a meeting with 2 participants I send the command: zCommand Call ListParticipants

and get back:

OKommand Call ListParticipants

*r ListParticipantsResult (status=OK):

*r ListParticipantsResult resultInfo TotalRows: 0

 

This was working for me a few months ago and is no longer working. Can anyone confirm this?

This problem is definitely a bug, in Zoom Rooms for the Mac version 4.1.27694.0702, which was published on July 1, 2018.

it’s 100% reproducible.

After I create a conference, and another participant joins, I issue the command:

zCommand Call ListParticipants

And I get this result:

OK
\*r ListParticipantsResult (status=OK):
\*r ListParticipantsResult resultInfo TotalRows: 0
\*\* end

Which is incorrect. It is supposed to list detail on both participants of the meeting: the Zoom Room, and the participant who has joined. I have entered a bug for this; the bug number is ZOOM-29868.

The problem did not happen in the previous Zoom Room build, Version 4.1.24665.0514, released on May 20, 2018. If you want to downgrade to this previous version, you can go to the Zoom Web portal, log in to your Zoom account, and under Zoom Rooms, select Devices, then click on the Downgrade link next to the Zoom Room.

A fix will be included the next time we push out a beta build.
