Zoom app not rendering in certain contact center queues

I used the https://github.com/zoom/zoomapps-advancedsample-react as a starting point for a zoom app to be used within the contact center. I’ve been able to test the app with one of my queues but I just assigned another queue to the application and when I connect to a call within that queue the app icon shows on the right hand side but when I open it, the app doesn’t render within the window and it doesn’t even attempt to authorize my user. My user presence status updates in the logs for the backend but the frontend is just an empty body tag.
