Hi everyone,
I’ve run into a frustrating issue with the Zoom desktop app (latest version) on both Windows 10 and macOS Monterey. During meetings, when someone starts screen sharing, the shared content begins fine, but after about 3–5 minutes, the video quality suddenly drops, it becomes blurry or pixelated even though the original content was clear.
Audio stays okay, bandwidth is good (tested 100 Mbps up/down), and this happens whether we’re sharing a PowerPoint, a browser window, or a video. We’ve tried:
Updating Zoom to the latest build
Turning off “Optimize for video clip”
Disabling HD in video settings
Testing with hardware acceleration on/off
None of these seem to fix it, and it doesn’t happen immediately.
