Android 14 & Zoom Contact Cetner Agent SDK/API.
Our Zoom Contact Center Agent was working last week (up to August 2nd). Today August 5th, the Agent is not able to establish video/audio with Contact Center. We’ve tried multiple different hardware, OS & software versions & cannot seem to get it to work.
Was there a recent change to the SDK/API or is there a problem with the service?
