Does zoom meeting SDK/API allows multiple meetings to BE USED Simultaneously ? means while one zoom meeting is activated, can I have few more meetings started at that time?

If so, will I require more than one zoom account license like Pro? Just so you know the way if meeting duration is less than 10 minutes all that time, do I need to buy any pro license?

Does zoom meeting SDK/API (in basic account which is free OR pro account) offers meeting video recording option on zoom cloud. I need to copy this recording from zoom to 3rd party storage (where we know endpoint where we need to copy this recording video file)
