Zoom Meeting reconnecting again and again on web browser

Hello Team Zoom,
I hope this message finds you well.

I am currently experiencing an issue with continuous reconnection when joining meetings via the browser using the MeetingSDK or Zoom’s official web client. This problem does not occur when I use the Zoom desktop application.

I am getting following error :

websocket onclose event:
type:close
code : 1006

I am using a Windows 10 operating system, with all firewall and defender settings set to default. There is no additional antivirus software installed on my system, and I am not using any VPN or proxy services.

Despite trying different browsers, the issue persists across all of them.

We also found that using the zoom link directly (instead of Meeting SDK) on any web browser is also causing the same error.

Hello Elisa, Yes this is still happening and we determined that it is happening only in a specific network - suspecting that it may be a firewall issue, please let us know if you have any input on how to troubleshoot it.

Please, make sure to install the latest version of the meeting SDK
