Zoom Recording 3,301 Error

I managed recordings for users who host meetings. From time to time, I remove the recordings from the cloud to free up space. I have seen several recordings from different users that I am not able to playback.

I am receiving an error stating “This recording does not exist. (3,301)”.

Which version?
Chrome Version 87.0.4280.141

To Reproduce(If applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to account management - recording management - search for user
  2. Click on recordings
  3. See error This recording does not exist. (3,301)

  • Device: Lenovo Laptop
  • OS: 8.1 Pro
  • Browser: Chrome

I did not see any resolution on that thread. I only saw that it was resolved by a developer.
