Hi everyone,
We are trying to enable a new native control in our Zoom Room controller, with the idea of allowing employees to use the button to report a problem in the room which will be directed to the relevant support team.
Our current challenge with that is to find out the proper and easiest option to configure a way to get the event from the controller to ServiceNow (ticketing system)
As it looks now, the solution is to configure a TCP/IP on the JSON Profile which will be directed to a Crestron Controller/Cloud Container, and from there to configure a webhook to ServiceNow.
Im wondering if there is someone who created such thing and would be able to shed some light or offer another solution to take the event from the controller and notify us.
