Zoom SDK - 1.9.7 "please wait"

We upgraded from 1.9.0 to 1.9.7 and the “please wait” message will show up. Not able to connect to the meeting.

We upgraded from 1.9.0 to 1.9.7 and the “please wait” message will show up. Not able to connect to the meeting. No error messages in console.

Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. Can you elaborate a bit on what your upgrade process looked like? What in your app did you change to upgrade to the latest version of the Web SDK?

Do you see this same issue when testing with the Sample Web App?
