How can i get the exact handling duration fields

I have integrated the Zoom call center logs into our CRM, I would like to get the flow 、waiting, and handling duration fields, but now I only get the total duration. Could you pls tell me how to get the flow、waiting and handling duration fields? Where to find the APIs OR could you tell me the ways?

In this API document, I only find the total duration.
