How to remove an existing JWT app so that I can create a new one?

Description
I have an existing JWT used for Azure AD enterprise app federation with Zoom. It has expired and I can’t adjust the expiry. I want to delete the JWT and start again.

Have tried amending JWT token expiry but it is not saving. I cannot see where to delete and re-create JWT
