Hey everyone

We are working to get the Zoom Web Client and Zoom Web SDK back online. Please keep up with our status page for detailed updates: status.zoom.us

The best workaround is to use the Zoom Desktop / Mobile app.

Just include the Zoom meeting join url (https://zoom.us/j/meetingID) on your site rather than showing the websdk / iframe. Clicking on the join url will open the Zoom meeting in the Zoom app.

Apologies for the inconvenience,
Tommy

Same issue here. Thanks in advance for the fix.

Hey, guys. Status here (https://status.zoom.us/) says everything is normal, but same error is happening when trying to join a meeting via the sample web app.

The status page says that the issue is resolved, but it is not. The same error is still occurring.

Indeed. FYI there’s an “update” at [In Progress] Web SDK / Web Client from browser: 403 Forbidden from the manager of developer advocacy, Tim.

Hi, Please help us to get this back and running as early as possible we are working on very tight schedule.

They screwed their service, just move on, a lot of people will sue them for their incompatibility to run a payed service, my online conference (which heavily depends on online meetings) went down because of their changes without notice, so a big law suit will be too.

How can we get to know when the Web-SDK will be operational?
Your status page (https://status.zoom.us/) have no row for websdk.

I can confirm the SDK is still not functional. Same connection error message as posted at the top of this board @tommy. Thanks for your help in advance.

Best,
Spencer

Hi, I confirm I get the same error and it leads a delay in our development since the last week

What is the CDN URL version? Currently we are using 1.7.3
https://source.zoom.us/1.7.3/lib/vendor/react.min.js

https://source.zoom.us/zoom-meeting-1.7.3.min.js

But getting {method: “join”, status: false, result: null, errorMessage: “The service is temporarily”, errorCode: 403} when try to join

5 hours back 1.7.4 resulted in 404 error. So tried with 1.7.3

Now 1.7.3 is not working any more.
1.7.4 files seem to be there but resulting in same error
{method: “join”, status: false, result: null, errorMessage: “The service is temporarily”, errorCode: 403}
