Can you post a screenshot of what you see within the developer tools console log and the request/response within your network tab? This will help us investigate your issue.
I am getting the same issue, tried everything you mentioned here. The thing is that my application was deployed and running smoothly and this happens out of nowhere.
@michael_p.zoom can you please help its sort of an urgent matter. Is there an issue with my ISP or any updates that zoom has done and are causing issues with the web SDK?
We have been struggling with this tonight as well. Everything was working fine a couple of hours ago, but we’re now recieving this error for all calls to the ZoomMtg.join.
The best workaround is to use the Zoom Desktop / Mobile app.
Just include the Zoom meeting join url (https://zoom.us/j/meetingID) on your site rather than showing the websdk / iframe. Clicking on the join url will open the Zoom meeting in the Zoom app.
Just curious - is this a temporary issue with the Web SDK or has it been shut off indefinitely? The note on the status page makes it sound like it might be permanent.
Resolved - Zoom will be placing the Web Client into maintenance mode and take this part of the service offline. This will also impact users utilizing Zoom’s Web SDK. This will have no impact on users utilizing Zoom’s desktop or mobile application.
